Losing 30 Pounds by Springtime is Well Within My Reach

I remember a few years ago spending too much time sitting and eating instead of being out and being active. Winter months seem to do that to me. I have always wanted to live where it is perpetual summer, but am stuck here where the winters get cold. I was up by about a full 30 pounds this time. I had to buy new clothes and everything. I had enough of feeling sluggish and heavy, so I looked to find Medifast coupons to get back on the diet plan that had worked for me in the past.

Losing 30 pounds was not going to be easy, especially beginning at the peak of the holiday season. However, one thing I know for sure is to not put something off once your mind is telling you to commit to it. If I said I would wait until after the holidays, I would then say I would wait until spring. And so on and so on. You know how it goes if you have ever put on weight you do not want to have.

Portion control now was what I needed to do to lose the weight by the springtime. I wanted to be out golfing in my old clothes that fit me when I looked in shape. If I lost the 30 pounds now, I could be comfortable if my belly was showing. Not now though. I covered it up with shirts, jackets, hoodies, sweatshirts and sweaters. Soon the weight was going to be off though because Medifast has worked for me before.
